<div>The Minnesota Solar Pathways (Pathways) initiative, sponsored by the U.S. Department of Energy Solar Energy Technologies Office, is a three-year project designed to explore least-risk, best-value strategies for meeting the State of Minnesota’s solar goals. Collaborative (CETC). Nineteen members were appointed to CETC in September, 2008. The group was
asked to develop a Clean Energy Technology Roadmap outlining Minnesota’s research and development vision,
along with an action plan and related milestones, to ensure that Minnesota achieves the clean energy goals passed
into law by the Legislature in 2007. CETC held six meetings from November, 2008 to April, 2009 in order to
